The Classic Aperol Spritz Recipe
Serves two.

100ml Aperol liquer

150ml Prosecco (chilled)

Club soda or soda water (chilled)

Ice

1 orange (chilled)
Fill two glasses with ice before pouring over the Aperol and Prosecco, then gently stir to combined. Top up with soda and garnish each glass with a slice of orange.
Strawberry Aperol Spritz Recipe
Serves two.

10 strawberries
Blend 8 strawberries using a high-speed blender until they form a smooth consistency. Then fill two glasses with ice before pouring over the Aperol and Prosecco, then gently stir to combined. Add the strawberry juice between the two glasses, then stir again. Top up with soda and garnish each glass with a strawberry.
Tropical Aperol Spritz Recipe
Serves two.
