That time when we took x60 pink flamingos out in Sydney Harbour with The Yacht Social Club.
The World's First Giant Flamingo
Did you know Sunnylife was the creator of the world’s first inflatable Flamingo?
Well...we were also the creators behind the world’s first GIANT Inflatable Flamingo.
Our Giant Rosie (both pink and rose gold) took a trip around the world and back, popping up in several locations in Sydney, Australia and The Surf Lodge, Montauk, US.

Rosie has a global fan base, and has become insta-famous amongst celebrities such as Bella Hadid, Christina Milian and Kendall Jenner to name a few & Sunnylover’s world-wide!
Introducing SunnyMum Taryn Glick! Taryn tell us a little bit about yourself?
I’m mum to two beautiful boys, Jagger and Indi. Last year, my youngest, Indi, started school full time. I was itching to get my creative juices flowing again.
Colour + creativity is my passion, which is why I was so excited when Sunnylife asked me to creative direct our SS20 Campaign shoot. It took all of one second to reply YES. I’m a summer junkie, if I could, I would live on an island dressed daily in a bikini, kaftan, raffia espadrilles and wicker hat in hand.
My Family and I live to travel, over the years we have been lucky enough to explore all kinds of incredible coastal locations… living the Sunnylife dream (and always collecting unusual summer pieces along the way).
The SS20 campaign shoot enabled me to play with all of my bits + pieces that I've collected through our travels.
After working on the shoot, I soon found myself involved in designing the next season’s collection and a year later I am now the brands Creative Director.
I have loved every minute of immersing myself in the world of Sunnylife alongside our dedicated and talented team.
How you are coping with Covid-19 as a career mum with young children?
Juggling. Juggling and more juggling. Lol.
Our boys, Jagger and Indi, are 6 and 3. Still so young and oblivious to the crazy times we are currently living in. Their innocent smiles and enthusiasm has been a constant source of inspiration for me.
They have kept me in check daily, teaching me what is important, and what is not, and that family and true happiness comes first.
Being together, making memories and embracing whatever comes our way, is what matters the most.
Through the juggle and struggle of running between rooms doing home schooling with Jagger, muting team meetings to hear what food Indi wants to eat NOW (for the tenth time) my career has been a lifesaver.
They say, do what you love, love what you do.
It couldn’t be more true during this crazy time when distraction and purpose is what I’ve needed most. I’m so grateful that I love what I do.
Mother's Day is just around the corner, what will you be doing with the family?
Waking up to a coffee and homemade breakfast from all of my boys, big and small. We always enjoy spending time outside, just the 4 of us, soaking up the sunshine before we meet up with our mums.
This year we will be grazing on a LONG and lazy seafood lunch with our family. Spending some much missed quality time together.
What is your favourite Sunnylife product?
I have so many… How do I choose? I am salivating over our glitter float collection. I love how the glitter sparkles against the water.
My favourite memories of summer, are poolside ... floating on our lie-on floats up the Coast at my family’s holiday house. We spend a lot of our time there. This season, the GREEK EYE LIE-ON has caught my eye (pardon the pun).
We love a good GAME in our house. Our lucite range has brought us hours of fun during isolation. Many a night’s spent, glass of red in hand playing backgammon and chess. I've adored this quality family time with all of my boys.
What are your SunnyMum essentials?
As much as my boys LOVE each other, they also love a good fight. If you've got boys, you'll understand why our Inflatable Croc Buddy has become a favourite (punching bag) in our house.
The Cactus Ring Toss is also a winner in our home, the boys love it! I love seeing the look of concentration on their cute faces while playing. It’s a good one for kids to master coordination.
